Refund policy

1. General Policy

At USIGNA, all products are manufactured specifically based on customer requests and approved designs.
Because of the personalized nature of our products, returns and refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

2. Customized Products (IMPORTANT)

All customized or personalized items (including but not limited to name signs, engraved products, custom sizes, or modified designs):

❌ Are NOT eligible for:

  • Return
  • Refund
  • Exchange

Once the design has been approved and production has started.

3. Design Approval Responsibility

Before manufacturing, customers receive a design preview for approval.

By approving the design, the customer confirms that:

  • All spelling, wording, and details are correct
  • The layout, size, and specifications are accepted
  • The order is final and ready for production

👉 USIGNA is not responsible for any errors approved by the customer.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled only before production starts
  • Once production has started:
    • ❌ Cancellation is NOT allowed
    • ❌ Payment becomes non-refundable

5. Defective or Incorrect Orders

We take full responsibility in the following cases:

✅ Eligible for replacement or refund:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage during shipping
  • Wrong item delivered

Conditions:

  • Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos/videos must be provided

👉 In such cases, USIGNA will:

  • Replace the product at no additional cost
    OR
  • Issue a refund (depending on case evaluation)

6. Refusal of Delivery

If a customer refuses to receive the order after it has been shipped:

  • The order will be considered completed and non-refundable
  • Shipping, handling, and production costs will be deducted
  • Any paid amount is non-refundable

👉 Re-delivery can be arranged at an additional shipping cost.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
  • Delays caused by courier companies are outside USIGNA’s control

8. Payment & Refund Processing

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed through the original payment method
  • Processing time depends on the payment provider

9. Legal Compliance

This policy complies with applicable consumer protection regulations regarding customized products, where return rights do not apply once the product is manufactured based on customer specifications.
